Our mission is to foster a vibrant community of computer graphics and interactive techniques professionals and enthusiasts in Bogotá and Colombia. We aim to promote knowledge sharing, professional development, and networking opportunities in the fields of computer graphics, animation, virtual reality, augmented reality, and interactive techniques.

2018
Our History
Bogotá ACM SIGGRAPH is the local chapter of ACM SIGGRAPH, the world’s largest community of computer graphics professionals, researchers, artists, and enthusiasts.
2019
First Annual Conference
We organized our first annual conference, bringing together professionals, students, and enthusiasts from across Colombia to share knowledge and network.
2020-2021
Virtual Transition
During the global pandemic, we successfully transitioned to virtual events, expanding our reach to members across Colombia and Latin America.
2022-Present
Growth and Expansion
We’ve continued to grow our community, launching new initiatives, partnerships with universities and industry, and expanding our annual conference to include workshops, exhibitions, and networking events.
